Can I observe one of your DJs working at a

A: We respect our client’s privacy, just as you
would not want us inviting our guests to your event.
Our Demo DVD was produced for the express purpose of
allowing you to experience our DJs in action .

Q: Can I request/choose a specific DJ from your
staff?
A: Yes, we book on a first-come-first-served basis.
Let us know if you have a preference, or let us
match the perfect DJ to your event.

Q: Can I meet with you in person before I make my
decision to book your company?
A: Absolutely! We are a real “bricks and mortar”
business with regular office hours. Please call for
an appointment.

Q: Can I meet with my DJ prior to my wedding?
A: In most cases this can be arranged.

Q: Is my deposit refunded if I cancel my contract
prior to the event?
A: As our contract states, the deposit is
non-refundable. However, it can be applied toward
any other event within a year of the date of
cancellation.

Q: Do your DJs carry back-up
equipment?
A: Yes

Q: Are we expected to tip the DJ?
A: Tipping is not required or expected but
always appreciated. If the DJ did an outstanding
job, please let him know by whatever means you
choose.

DJ?
A: Again, not expected but always appreciated.

Q: My event starts at 7:00. At what time should I
expect the DJ?
A: Our DJs always arrive 1˝ to 2 hours before the
start of an event.

Q: What
do your DJs wear?
A: Our DJs
dress in formal attire
or to match the theme of
your event.

Q: Do
you accept credit cards?
A: Absolutely!

Q: Can I
furnish my own music?
A: Yes, as long as it
is in CD format. You can
bring us either the
originals or burn your
own custom CDs.
